Private sessions include the hands-on Feldenkrais technique called Functional Integration. These sessions are more individualized than class sessions, and allow the practitioner to gently move the client  

Private sessions are great for those who have specific goals and/or for those with extensive pain and/or movement limitations.

Private sessions generally last about one hour.  

The cost per session is $70. Packages of 3 sessions are also available at a discount.
